Using state of the art computerized equipment we can custom fabricate parts from
a wide range of metals. Stainless, copper, brass, aluminum, cast iron and steel
parts can be plasma cut in thicknesses from gauge metals up to 1” inch thick. Many
complex parts that would ordinarily be produced on milling machines or huge drills
can be quickly cut from plate steel at a fraction of the cost and time of other
processes. We can work from hand drawn templates, computer generated files, or
even a simple sketch to produce parts to your specifications in any quantity.
Examples of some of the products that can be plasma cut are:
Plasma cutting is a proven technology that provides high quality and accuracy at an
affordable cost. And because of the high quality and accuracy of the process, it can
reduce or even eliminate many subsequent processes. Plasma cutting is ideal for
fast turn-around work and prototypes. Our experience with computer programming
allows quick set-up and expedient delivery (usually under 48 hrs). In many cases a
part can go from design to finished product in under an hour if necessary. Summary
Of Plasma Cutting Benefits:
Fast programming (can work from any CAD file)
No tooling to build or maintain
Minimal set-up
Fast Operation
High Repeatability
Capable of holding extremely accurate dimensional tolerances
Superior edge quality (smooth, clean edge with no bevel and no dross)
Minimal kerf
Steel plate cut to custom sizes or dimensions.
Large holes to close tolerances, slots, ovals, pockets, openings can be easily made in parts.
Brackets.
Large wrenches, special or custom tooling.
Ornamental gates or doors, custom gates, metal logos, branding irons, and custom sculpture.
Complete fabrication kits can be cut so you can assemble them easily yourself.
